Terms and conditions
Last updated: 23 August 2026. This document sets out the conditions under which you may use diox-digital.ro. By accessing and browsing the site you confirm that you have read these terms.
1. Who operates the site
The site diox-digital.ro (the "Site") is operated by NAGY FRANCISC-DANIEL PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ (sole trader), CUI 47133739, trade register no. F40/5694/2022, registered office: B-dul Bucureștii Noi 136, ground floor, ap. 5, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania ("DioxDigital"). Contact: contact@diox-digital.ro, +40 750 455 437.
2. Purpose of the site and accuracy of information
The Site presents the services offered by DioxDigital: website creation, WordPress maintenance, GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation, tracking audits, local AI implementation and automation with data analysis. I make reasonable efforts to keep the published information correct and current, but it is general and informative in nature.
Service descriptions and the displayed packages do not constitute binding offers in a contractual sense: the scope, price and timeline of each collaboration are set individually, through a discussion and a written offer addressed to you. Blog articles represent opinions and explanations for informational purposes, not advice for a specific situation; before making important decisions based on such information, ask for an assessment applied to your case.
3. Site availability
I do everything on my side to keep the Site permanently available, but the nature of the internet allows no absolute guarantees. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance work, the hosting provider or external factors. Where possible, maintenance is done outside high-traffic hours.
4. User conduct
By using the Site, you agree:
- To provide accurate details in the contact form and not to send false, offensive or unrelated messages
- Not to use the forms or addresses on the Site for unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
- Not to take actions that disrupt the Site: attacks, unauthorised access attempts, abusive automated content extraction, transmission of malicious code
- Not to decompile, copy or adapt the Site's code beyond what the law permits
I reserve the right to block access to the Site for sources that break these rules and to recover damages caused by such breaches, under the law.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's content — texts, articles, structure, graphic elements, logo — is the property of DioxDigital and is protected by copyright law. The partner marks and logos displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners.
You may view, print or save extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Quoting short fragments is allowed with attribution and a link to the original page. Reproducing, distributing or republishing the content for any other purpose, in whole or in part, requires DioxDigital's prior written consent.
6. Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to third-party sites (for example documentation, partners or resources recommended in articles). These links are offered for your convenience; DioxDigital does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites.
7. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data through the Site is described in the privacy policy, and the identifiers used in your browser in the cookie policy. Browsing the Site implies no consent of any kind: traffic measurement starts exclusively through your explicit choice in the consent banner.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DioxDigital is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Site or the impossibility of using it, from decisions made exclusively on the basis of the general information published on the Site, or from the actions of third-party sites linked to. Nothing in these terms limits liability in cases where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Actually contracted services (websites, maintenance, implementations) are governed by the offer and the contract concluded for each project, which prevail over these terms in case of divergence.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute related to the use of the Site is first resolved amicably — write to me and we will look for a solution — and, failing an agreement, by the competent courts of Romania.
If you act as a consumer, you may turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection: anpc.ro, or to the alternative dispute resolution platform SAL.
10. Changes to these terms
DioxDigital may update these terms when the services or the legislation change. The current version, with the date of the last revision, is permanently published on this page; continuing to use the Site after changes are published means accepting the updated version.
11. Contact
For any question about these terms: contact@diox-digital.ro or the form on the contact page.
